C&C Happiness and Health Restoration Care Services LLC is a supplemental staffing agency born out of love for humanity and desire to continue service to human lives. As we all know, good health leads to happiness. The Covid pandemic has put so many challenges in our lives. Nursing shortage is one of the biggest crises the health care industry is facing. Nursing shortage has led to medical errors, increase in nursing burnout, loss of lives, increase in falls and bedsores and hospital-acquired infections as well as lack of patient and staff satisfaction. Short staffing can be very dangerous. The negative impacts of short staffing cause a ripple effect. Therefore, supplemental staffing is the answer to this dilemma in the health care industry. Supplemental nursing staffing helps to cover personal illness, unplanned events or family obligations such as caring for a family member, a child who tested positive to Covid 19 or other unforeseen emergencies. Adequate staffing creates happiness and satisfaction to both staff and patients. It saves businesses money and protects an organization’s reputation.

Our supplemental nursing teams go through orientation and biweekly in-services to keep them updated on the evidence-based practices in the health care industries.
